The Animals

Each animal whether they be furry or not has a personality all its own and is treated accordingly. Every animal and person on our farm has a place and a job to do. When we are not all working together we are playing together.

This is soon after Charlie and his sister Fairy were born. I pulled these babies into the world.

This is Snow and Kitty Jones Jr. Their mother Kitty Jones was named after the neighbor we got her from. Little Snow was the only white kitten in the litter. They have the run of the barn and hunt along side the big cats.

This is Lil, our milk goat. She is a Boar. Her babies behind her were born last Spring; their daddy is an Alpine.

Charlie is Lil's son. He is a sweet goat and will let anyone in his house. The chickens lay eggs in Charlie's house and the cats nurse their kittens under his watchful eye.

These are our layers. They have the whole farm to run and hunt bugs except for the house. However, if you leave the door open they will invite themselves in.

The left egg is a normal sized egg; I don't know what happened with the egg on the right; but, poor little chicken is all I can think.
